A collection for clarinet and piano including arrangements on “O Holy Night,” “Away In A Manger,” and “Of The Father’s Love Begotten.” These solos are very expressive and in keeping with the nature of the original carols. The piano part adds a solid under-pining for flavor and movement.

I Wonder As I Wander
This clarinet solo begins with a flowing piano part and then joined with the solo line in a gently embellished theme. The phrase structure is repeated and then goes into a more vigorous rendeition and embellished at an even greater way. After a brief cadenza it settles into a gentle repose.

And Can It Be
Scored for three Bb clarinets and bass clarinet, this quartet immediately marches off with the dignity that this grand old hymn portrays. The theme is passed around amongst the various parts to add player satisfaction and joy to the listener.
